The Naming Ceremony for Star Bulk’s 2 newbuilding Capesize vessels M/V Star Borealis and M/V Star Polaris took place on September 10, 2011 at Subic Bay, Philippines.
In the ceremony Star Bulk was represented through the presence of Mr Petros Pappas, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr Spyros Capralos, CEO and President and Mrs Milena Pappas, Director. The ceremony was also attended by high-ranking officers of Hanjin shipyard, along with Mrs Nicoletta Panayiotopoulos, Managing Director of Credit Agricole, sponsor of Star Borealis and Mrs Danae Kapralos, sponsor of Star Polaris.
