- Radio Navigation Electronic Engineer
- Organizes and coordinates the repairs / installations of parts and equipment for the communication and navigation electronic equipment onboard the vessels.

- Roving Engineer
- Regularly visits company’s vessels to report on their condition and/or supervise repairs.
- Performs riding attendance as defined by the Maintenance Manager, including preparation for third-party inspections (e.g., terminals, port state, class, flag, P&I), always ensuring compliance with the company's safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Monitors the repair and maintenance of vessels, offering similar support to the rest of the fleet vessels.
- Attends dry dockings to ensure all tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager and/or Technical SupEng are carried out to specification, ensuring the vessel is delivered in seaworthy condition and ready in all respects.

- Assist in the financial statement close process, including preparing U.S. GAAP adjustments and compiling supporting schedules.

- Communicates to Masters Voyage instructions, port requirements, local regulations, cargo requirements and precautions, ship’s charter party description and applicable clauses.

- Internal Auditor
- Support SOX Compliance program to ensure that Company’s internal controls over financial reporting are effectively implemented. Main tasks of the program involve the evaluation of the existing controls’ effectiveness through testing procedures, identification and evaluation of audit findings and remediation follow-up. Assist in the preparation of SOX scoping, risk assessment and fraud risk assessment using quantitative and qualitative factors.
- Participate in meetings with Company’s key personnel to gain understanding of Company’s processes and existing controls.
- Assist in the preparation and provision of documentation related to process walkthroughs.
- Assisting in execution of planned and ad-hoc internal audits projects through all phases of the audit (documentation review, fieldwork, recommendations and remediation follow-up).

- Purchaser (Cyprus-based)
1. Organizes and coordinates the purchasing of spares and supplies required by the Technical and Marine, Safety & Quality Department, in an efficient and effective manner and based on the required specifications. More specifically, raises requisitions in cooperation with the relevant department and
after getting their advice.
2. Obtains quotations from the “approved” suppliers, prepares comparison tables and submits them for approval. Also, searches the market for new suppliers if required and maintains the “Approved Vendors” list.
3. Negotiates prices if required and prepares the relevant evaluation forms.
4. Places orders in accordance with the approvals obtained and ensures that each purchase order is recorded to the electronic purchasing system and that the supply cycle operates effectively.
5. Cooperates with the Forwarding department for the delivery onboard and instructs suppliers, Master and Agents with regards to the delivery point and method of delivery.
6. Verifies completion of delivery, collects all supporting documentation, checks invoices and submits to the relevant Manager for approval.
7. Checks suppliers’ invoices and attaches the vessels’ confirmation of receipt in order to proceed with the payment process. Checks also if the cost has been amended by the agents at the ports, in order to ensure that the delivery is correct.
8. Follows up until the vessel confirms that the spares or supplies have been delivered onboard.
9. Works together and in conjunction with other departments for the smooth and prompt delivery of requested spares or supplies to the vessels.
10. Creates and maintains systems, subsystems, items and the relevant database in Navision application electronic system.
