- Fleet Operator
- Communicates to Masters Voyage instructions, port requirements, local regulations, cargo requirements and precautions, ship’s charter party description and applicable clauses.
- Checks cargo docs, LOIs, bunker requirements and authorizes bunker invoices.
- Issues voyage instructions, ship’s cargo holds preparation instructions and Monitors ship’s cargo holds condition and preparation.
- Communicates with charterers via broking channels.
- Monitors the actual day-to-day performance and financial expenditure of the vessels.
- Coordinates with Chartering department in describing vessel’s particular characteristics and reviews Charter Party clauses.
- Appoints cargo and bunker surveyors and port agents and arranges various services that the ship requires. Updates position list and position books, checks with agent the ship’s prospects and approves D/As.
- Liaises with the Insurance and Claims Departments in handling of claims, hazardous situations, accidents and P & I involvement.
- Monitors the performance of the vessels based on charter party and Company’s requirements and guidelines. Also monitors the daily performance at Sea with regards to speed, consumption and weather conditions.
- 5 years of office experience as Operator in a shipping company with bulk carriers.

- Roving Engineer
- Regularly visits company’s vessels to report on their condition and/or supervise repairs.
- Performs riding attendance as defined by the Maintenance Manager, including preparation for third-party inspections (e.g., terminals, port state, class, flag, P&I), always ensuring compliance with the company's safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Monitors the repair and maintenance of vessels, offering similar support to the rest of the fleet vessels.
- Attends dry dockings to ensure all tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager and/or Technical SupEng are carried out to specification, ensuring the vessel is delivered in seaworthy condition and ready in all respects.
- Assists in preparing dry dock and repair specifications.
- Provides technical support to the personnel onboard.
- Attends new acquisitions and vessel sales to new buyers.
- Travels abroad to ports frequented by the company's vessels to conduct inspections, assist onboard personnel, and monitor the preparation of third-party inspections.
- Chief Engineer’s or 2nd Engineer’s license and minimum 3 years of sea service at these positions.
- Office experience as Superintendent Engineer will be considered an asset.

- Technical Superintendent
- Organizes and implements courses of action for matters of technical nature arising onboard vessels.
- Instructs, coordinates and monitors works / repairs.
- Follows up on the maintenance status, condition and operation of assigned vessels and co-operates with the crew, in order to ensure that assigned vessels are operating in a safe and efficient manner.
- Attends vessels and periodically sails on-board to ensure the technical condition of the equipment.
- Monitors and verifies vessel’s performance, supervises repairs, reports findings, follows-up closure of defects etc.
- Provides training and technical advice to shipboard personnel, as necessary.
- Implements effectively preventive maintenance of ship’s hull, main machinery, deck machinery, etc.
- Monitors Class and Flag State requirements and plans required surveys accordingly.
- Deals with any damage repairs or modifications, preserving the vessels commercial competence.
- Monitors all technical problems, major defects and follows-up, until corrective action is verified.
- Controls and monitors the lub-oil and bunker quality and consumption.
- Prepares repairs / conversions, dry-docking, special surveys, damage and voyage repairs, and specifications and supervises the execution of all such works.
- Attends delivery of new acquisitions.
- Degree in Marine Engineering / Naval Architecture and minimum 6 years of office experience or Chief Engineer’s license, minimum 3 years of sea service as Chief Engineer and 1 year of office experience as Superintendent Engineer.

- Vessels IT Officer
- Installs, configures and troubleshoots laptops, printers, mobiles, tablets, storage systems and network devices (hardware, operating systems and software applications).
- Monitors IT systems’ performance and ensures system availability and reliability.
- Performs system and network updates/upgrades.
- Maintains IT security and backup solutions.
- Is responsible to ensure Master’s and Chief Engineer’s familiarization on company’s IT systems.
- Travels on board for maintenance or troubleshooting reasons, whenever required.
- Handles invoices’ checking, reconciliation, processing and filing for all vendors and technical / solution suppliers (office communications, vessels’ satellite and mobile communications, ICT equipment, procurement).
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in the fields of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or any similar field.
- Post-graduate studies in a relevant discipline will be considered an asset.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in shipping and knowledge of ships automation systems will be considered an asset.
- Fluency in English.

- Voyage Accountant
- Performs day-to-day activities such as accounting entries, register and filing, bank and other general ledger accounts reconciliations.
- Reviews and posts all accounts receivable invoices in IMOS and Navision prepared by operations department.
- Books in IMOS and Navision all accounts payable invoices and maintains all vendors’ accounts on a daily basis.
- Books in IMOS and Navision all AR collections.
- Performs quarterly, year-end revenue and voyage expenses accrual process.
- Analyzes voyage P&Ls and ensures that the TCE results are accurate. Provides oversight over Operations data input into IMOS on a daily basis.
- Performs account analysis relating to revenue, expenses and other voyage accounting issues.
- Performs reconciliations between IMOS and Navision on a quarterly basis.
- Prepares journal entries relating to bunker inventory and performs inventory statement reconciliation on a quarterly basis.
- Coordinates all voyage related payables by ensuring approved invoices are processed.
- Prepares voyage analysis and vessel closing.
- Closes coordination with Treasury, Commercial and Operations.
- Posts invoices/suppliers’ statements to the Greek Statutory Books (My Data).
- Supports all periodic Tax and VAT submissions for the Companies of Law 89/67.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance or any relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in various accounting areas.
- Experience in the shipping industry.
- Knowledge of Navision and IMOS will be considered an asset.
- Fluency in English.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to work under pressure.
