1. Prepares the MRV Monitoring Plans for all fleet vessels.
2. Collects necessary data, calculations and MRV/DCS reports to undergo relevant audits.
3. Completes the digital version of sounding tables and onboard installation of interface, for all fleet vessels.

1. Assists and provides support to the Technical Superintendents in organizing, coordinating, monitoring and following-up outstanding items related to the projects.
2. Assists in organizing new projects and also maintains project plans and project schedules.
3. Provides technical support and any additional technical documentation and assistance to shipboard personnel for the proper operation and maintenance of the vessels’ machinery and equipment.

- Monitors, plans and evaluates the most cost-effective supplies based on a vessel’s schedule, needs and ROB.
- Prepares ROB estimation for main grades and determines lubricants’ quantities that need to be supplied.
- Communicates with the vessels and with other departments to organize the supplies more efficiently.
- Places orders and follows up so as to ensure smooth delivery of the lubricants on board.
- Creates and maintains a database regarding expenses and consumptions.
- Checks, monitors and submits relevant invoices after the receipt from the supplier.
- Completes review of vessels’ inventory forms, creates ROB reports and evaluates the cost of lubricants.

- Monitors classification status of each assigned vessel and ensures full compliance with new regulations and laws.
- Visits and evaluates vessels, in order to report their condition and ensure that they are always adequately prepared for any inspection.
- Prepares designated vessels for dry dock and repair specification, drafts and submits the specification to qualified bidders and analyzes and negotiates bids.

- Communicates with Masters regarding any reports concerning PSC items, deck maintenance (PMS) and cargo hold preparedness.
- Visits the vessels for marine / safety internal audits, evaluates their condition, assesses potential risks and prepares them for third party inspections as per the Company’s standards, SMS requirements and all international and flag state legislation.
- Approves deck stores and maintenance tools as well as the activation/supply of charts and publications.
- Analyzes, investigates and assess the risks of hazardous occurrences on the vessel or any deficiencies, issued by PSC and third party inspections, and provides vessels with necessary feedback and instructions to avoid reoccurrence.
- Pursues the developments related to international rules and regulations that are associated with the SMS and evaluates their potential impact.
- Coordinates and liaises with other departments within the company to collectively provide an efficient ship management service.

- Monitors the performance of each vessel in the designated Fleet based on flag, statutory and Company’s requirements and guidelines. Also monitors the daily performance at Sea with regards to speed, consumption and weather conditions.
- Appoints cargo or bunker surveyors and port agents and arranges various services that the ship requires. Updates position list and books, checks with agent the ship’s prospects and approves D/As.
- Approves hire statements or freight invoices including lay-time calculations and assists chartering (cargo quantity / stowage calculations) in describing vessel’s particular characteristics and authorizes Charter Party clauses.
- Checks pre-stowage plans, loading sequences, passage plans, cargo docs, LOIs, bunker requirements and authorizes bunker invoices.
- Issues voyage instructions, ship’s cargo holds preparation instructions and Monitors ship’s cargo holds condition and preparation.
- Monitors the actual day-to-day performance and financial expenditure of vessels in the fleet.
- Communicates to Masters Voyage instructions, port requirements, local regulations, cargo requirements and precautions, ship’s charter party description and applicable clauses.

- Assists and provides support to the technical superintendents in organizing, coordinating, monitoring and following-up various outstanding items, defect reports, repairs and in organizing attendances for onboard services (external providers, service stations etc.).
- Assists in organizing new projects and dry-dockings under the guidance of the technical superintendents.
- Monitors and reviews vessel consumptions and various analysis reports and distributes respective files accordingly.
- Records and monitors the vessels’ technical superintendent attendance intervals, the produced reports and the identified deficiencies and ensures proper filing and record keeping.
- Monitors the status of certificates and coordinates their renewals. Ensures the certificates’ due dates monitoring system is always kept updated, communicates with the vessel’s class society and schedules, organizes and coordinates class attendances.
- Provides technical support and any additional technical documentation and assistance to shipboard personnel for the proper operation and maintenance of the vessels’ machinery and equipment. Ensures proper record keeping practices are followed-up on board. Ensures that all vessel’s reports, forms, records etc. are received timely, reviewed as required and filed accordingly.
- Ensures company’s policies and procedures are followed within the department. Prepares various reports, collects vessel performance data as required for the technical department’s reporting of KPIs.
