- Roving Engineer
- Regularly visits company’s vessels to report on their condition and/or supervise repairs.
- Performs riding attendance as defined by the Maintenance Manager, including preparation for third-party inspections (e.g., terminals, port state, class, flag, P&I), always ensuring compliance with the company's safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Monitors the repair and maintenance of vessels, offering similar support to the rest of the fleet vessels.
- Attends dry dockings to ensure all tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager and/or Technical SupEng are carried out to specification, ensuring the vessel is delivered in seaworthy condition and ready in all respects.
- Assists in preparing dry dock and repair specifications.
- Provides technical support to the personnel onboard.
- Attends new acquisitions and vessel sales to new buyers.
- Travels abroad to ports frequented by the company's vessels to conduct inspections, assist onboard personnel, and monitor the preparation of third-party inspections.

- Technical Superintendent
- Organizes and implements courses of action for matters of technical nature arising onboard vessels.
- Instructs, coordinates and monitors works / repairs.
- Follows up on the maintenance status, condition and operation of assigned vessels and co-operates with the crew, in order to ensure that assigned vessels are operating in a safe and efficient manner.
- Attends vessels and periodically sails on-board to ensure the technical condition of the equipment.
- Monitors and verifies vessel’s performance, supervises repairs, reports findings, follows-up closure of defects etc.
- Provides training and technical advice to shipboard personnel, as necessary.
- Implements effectively preventive maintenance of ship’s hull, main machinery, deck machinery, etc.
- Monitors Class and Flag State requirements and plans required surveys accordingly.
- Deals with any damage repairs or modifications, preserving the vessels commercial competence.

- Post Fixtures Officer
- Handles the assigned fleet’s C/P claims (off-hire / demurrage / other disputes) presented by / or to Charterers, collaborating with the Post Fixtures Officers team, as required.
- Controls hire and freight collection.
- Handles / follows up on undisputed balances, invoices against charterers’ hire statements and funds received from charterers and their balances.
- Monitors vessels’ voyage and daily operations to follow up on fixtures and potential claims.

- Supplies Operator
- Organizes and coordinates the purchasing of supplies required by the Technical and Marine, Safety & Quality Department, in an efficient and effective manner and based on the required specifications.
- Obtains quotations from the “approved” suppliers, prepares comparison tables and submits to the Supplies Manager and the Procurement Director.
- Maintains and expands the “Approved Vendors” list.
- Negotiates prices, if required, and prepares the relevant evaluation forms.
- Places orders in accordance with the approvals obtained and ensures that each purchase order is recorded to the electronic purchasing system and that the supply cycle operates effectively.
- Cooperates with the Forwarding department for the delivery of the supplies onboard the vessel and instructs suppliers, Master and Agents accordingly.

- Performs day-to-day activities such as accounting entries, register and filing, bank and other general ledger accounts reconciliations.

- Monitors the position lists for the vessels’ itineraries and dispatches documents, spares and supplies.
- Communicates with agents to request dispatching instructions and ensures that the shipped items meet all local customs, country requirements and/or regulations.
- Furnishes agents with the supporting documents and assists them if customs’ clearance procedures are required.
- Follows up with the air way bills and the air freights shipments and ensures that consignments reach their final destination promptly.
- Negotiates with forwarders to achieve the minimum level of forwarding expenses.
- Evaluates and enriches the network of forwarders used by the company.
- Oversees the forwarding and transportation arrangements worldwide.
